1. Processing Time and Delivery: All orders are processed within 10-15 working days for dispatch
and 2-3 Days of delivery depending upon the location. Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays. During busy periods, processing times may be longer.

3. Shipping Locations: We ship to all over India and international. If you are located in an area not covered by our shipping options, please contact our customer service for assistance.

4. Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, please note that
delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control,
such as weather, customs, or carrier delays.

5. Tracking: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will
include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking
information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customercare@murzban.in with
your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

6. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order are inclusive of the price of the product and
are non-refundable as we do not accept returns.

Cancellations
In case you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order via email at customercare@murzban.in

No Exchanges or Returns:

• All garments are made to order, so we do not offer exchanges or returns.
• However, in the rare case of a manufacturing defect, customers must email us at customercare@murzban.in within 3 days of delivery with photo or video proof.
• The item can be returned if approved, and a replacement will be sent.
  

Conditions for Acceptance:

• Only products with a genuine manufacturing defect will be accepted.
• Size-related issues are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  

Shipping Costs:

• If an item is returned due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement.
