Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation and Processing:
Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation number on your screen and via email. In case there are any issues with processing your order, you will be notified with an email.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Please refer to the product page for the estimated delivery time of each item. Kindly note the indicated dates before proceeding to checkout. Most garments are typically shipped within 10-12 business days after the order is received, contingent upon the designer and product style. However, this timeframe is subject to availability. Our garments are made to order by the designer upon receiving your order.

Possible Delays:
During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few days. National holidays and weekends may also impact delivery timelines. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases. If there is a significant delay, we will keep you informed. Should there be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will promptly notify you via email or telephone.

Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

Shipping Charges:
Shipping charges are non-refundable, as we do not accept returns. Refer to our return and exchange policy for information on returns.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via email at customercare@murzban.in within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the corresponding amount will be refunded to your account.
