No Exchanges or Returns: Once an order is confirmed, no exchanges or returns are offered as all garments are made to order. In case of manufacturing defect, customers must email murzbanofficial@gmail.com with photos of the defect within 3 days of delivery. Once approved, the item can be returned, and a replacement will be sent.

Conditions for Acceptance: Only products with a genuine manufacturing defect will be accepted. Size-related issues are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Shipping Costs: If a garment is returned due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
