Which size should I choose?
All our products are made according to the size chart we provide or custom-made based on your body measurements. Ensure your measurements match those on our size guide for the best fit.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Items listed in the Ready To Ship section are in stock unless marked as 'SOLD OUT'. Items in your shopping bag can still be purchased by others until you complete your order. For out-of-stock items, please email us at customercare@murzban.in(registration required).
What are the payment methods?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro credit and debit cards, and payments through Razorpay. We also offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Net Banking options across major banks. COD requires a minimum payment of 30% of the order value. Contact us at customercare@murzban.in or + +9195015 18283 Monday to Saturday, 10 am – 6 pm (excluding national/public holidays) for a payment gateway link. No other payment methods are accepted.
Do you store multiple addresses?
No, you can only ship to one address per order. For shipping to multiple locations, place separate orders for each address. For corporate orders, contact us at Customercare@murzban.in
Do I need to sign up for my order?
You can proceed to checkout without signing in by simply providing the necessary information. Using the same email address, you can sign up for our store later to check your order history or status.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
No, once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be redirected. Ensure you provide a suitable shipping address when placing your order.
Can I add items to an existing order?
No, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order. For all items to be delivered together, contact us at customercare@murzban.in
Is there an additional charge for design customization?
Yes, there may be an extra fee for design customization beyond our standard offerings. The specific charges depend on the complexity and extent of customization required, varying with each design.
How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. Your card will be debited at the time of dispatch. If any items are unavailable, we will contact you via email and charge your card only for the available items.
How to know my order status?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 10-15 working days. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by transport providers or customs clearance processes. You’ll receive an email with the tracking id to track your parcel.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Whether you're located in bustling cities or remote corners of the globe, we'll deliver your favorite pieces right to your doorstep. Once your order is processed, you'll receive an email with all the shipping details.
How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
For Indian customers, product prices include all taxes and duties. For international customers, product prices include all import duties and taxes.
Is my package insured?
Yes, all items are insured against theft and accidental damage during transit. Once delivered and signed for, items are no longer covered by insurance. If your box is damaged upon arrival, either refuse the delivery or note the damage when signing for it.
What is the return policy?
Our policy states that we do not accept returns as our products are custom-made to meet your specific requirements. However, we do offer adjustments to ensure your satisfaction. Please inform us of any necessary alterations, and we will be happy to assist you.
Is my personal information kept private?
Yes, your personal information is kept private and confidential. We will not rent or sell your information. To register at Murzban.in, we need your name, mailing address, and email ID. When processing an order, we require your billing address, shipping address, and telephone number. Credit/debit card information goes directly to our third-party secure payment gateway and is not retained on our servers.
What are cookies? Should I be worried about them?
A cookie is a piece of information stored on your computer's hard drive by your web browser that tracks your movements within websites. We use cookies to track your visits, shopping bag contents, previous purchases, and to deliver content specific to your interests. Sale price adjustment policy
We cannot offer price reductions on items originally purchased at full value that may later go on sale or have a temporary price reduction.
