This Purchase Order Policy applies to all orders placed through www.murzban.in (the “Website”), operated by Murzban (“Murzban”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
Please read this Policy alongside our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Returns & Exchanges Policy before placing an order. By placing a purchase order, you confirm that you have read and accepted all applicable policies.

2. Placing an Order & Acceptance
All products displayed on the Website represent an invitation to offer and not a binding offer by Murzban. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase, which is subject to these Terms and this Policy. Murzban reserves the right to accept or reject any order, in full or in part, at its sole discretion.
Your order is considered accepted by Murzban only upon dispatch of the product(s). No action or communication prior to dispatch constitutes acceptance of your order.
Where an order contains multiple products, dispatch may occur at different times. The portion of your order that has been dispatched shall be deemed accepted; the remainder will continue to be subject to acceptance.
We may contact you via email or phone to request additional information before processing your order. Murzban processes one shipping address per order. If you wish to send items to different addresses, each address must be placed as a separate order.
Any promotional or coupon codes are subject to the following:
• Each code may only be used once per customer
• Codes are not valid on already-discounted products
• Codes cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or store credit
3. Product Accuracy & Exactness
Murzban takes care to accurately represent all products on the Website, including images, descriptions, colours, and sizing. However, please note the following:
• Colours displayed on-screen may vary slightly from the actual product due to photography conditions and your device’s display settings
• Many of our pieces are handmade or produced in limited quantities — minor variations between pieces are inherent to the nature of the product and are not considered defects
• Sizing may vary between styles; please refer to the size guide provided and contact us if you need assistance
• We do not guarantee that the product will meet every personal expectation in terms of finish, feel, or appearance
Murzban expressly disclaims any warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, suitability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the products listed on the Website.
4. Limitation of Liability
Murzban’s liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the value of the specific product(s) in question. We are not liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
• Variations in the finish or appearance of the final product
• Delays in delivery caused by unforeseen or Force Majeure circumstances
• Missed opportunities to use discounts or promotional offers
• Issues arising from third-party courier or delivery services
• Expiry of gift vouchers or discount codes
• Unavailability of a product at the time of order
Unreasonable or unlawful demands beyond the scope of our Returns & Exchanges Policy may result in order cancellation or account suspension without prior notice.
5. Pricing
All prices are listed in the currency displayed on the Website at the time of purchase. Murzban reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
For international orders, the price displayed excludes applicable import duties, customs fees, and local taxes in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Murzban is unable to advise on the exact amount of such charges as they vary by country.
The actual amount charged to your card will be the equivalent in your card’s currency, as converted by your bank or card provider at the time of billing.
6. Taxes & Duties
For domestic deliveries within India, all applicable taxes are included in the product price as displayed on the Website.
For international deliveries, orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that import duties, customs fees, and local taxes are not included in the product price and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. Failure to pay these charges may result in the order being returned or abandoned.
7. Mispricing & Product Unavailability
In the event of a pricing or availability error on the Website, we will handle it as follows:
• If the actual price is lower than listed: we will charge the lower amount and process your order, refunding any excess already paid
• If the actual price is higher than listed: we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund
• If the product is unavailable: we will cancel your order and issue a full refund
Refunds will be initiated within 5 working days of the decision. Please note that your bank or payment gateway may take additional time to process the credit to your account.
8. Non-Acceptance & Cancellation of Orders
Murzban reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including where:
• The product is out of stock or no longer available
• There is an error in the product description or pricing
• A quality issue is identified with the product
• Additional verification information has not been received
• Payment has not been successfully processed
If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued.
Cancellation by you:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at murzbanofficial@gmail.com. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours will be considered at Murzban’s discretion.
If your cancellation is accepted before dispatch, a full refund will be issued. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Refunds will be initiated within 5 working days. Processing times by your bank or payment provider may vary.
9. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided at the time of order. Please ensure all delivery details are accurate — Murzban is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you.
A signature may be required upon delivery as acknowledgement of receipt. Ownership of the product passes to you upon confirmed delivery.
We are unable to guarantee delivery to P.O. Box addresses. If delivery to a P.O. Box is not possible, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
Murzban is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We recommend placing orders well in advance of any deadline.
If a product is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by you, re-delivery charges will apply and must be paid before the order is re-dispatched.
10. Miscellaneous
By placing an order on the Website, you confirm that you have read and understood the product description, applicable policies, and these Terms, and that you are transacting at your own discretion.
Refunds will ordinarily be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. In exceptional circumstances, Murzban may, at its discretion, process a refund to an alternative account upon request.

Ceya by Murzban accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible, the item must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

All Murzban pieces are made to order — each garment is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to offer standard returns or exchanges. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.

2. No Returns or Exchanges
Murzban does not accept returns or exchanges. Once an order is placed and production begins, the piece cannot be returned or exchanged for a different size, style, or any other reason.
We strongly encourage you to contact us before ordering if you have any questions about sizing, fabric, or styling. We are happy to help you make the right choice.
3. Order Cancellation
Cancellations are accepted within a limited window after order placement:
• Within 24 hours of order placement — Full refund, no deductions
• Between 48 and 72 hours of order placement — 15% of the total order value will be deducted to cover initial production costs; the balance will be refunded
• After 72 hours — Cancellation is not permitted as production will be underway

4. Custom Size Fittings & Alterations
We understand that fit is everything. Within 14 days of receiving your order, we offer complimentary custom size fitting support and minor alterations to ensure your piece fits you perfectly.
