1. Processing Time and Delivery: All orders are processed within 10-15 working days for dispatch
and 2-3 Days of delivery depending upon the location. Orders are not shipped or delivered on
weekends or holidays. During busy periods, processing times may be longer.

3. Shipping Locations: We ship to all over India and international. If you are located in an area not covered by our shipping options, please contact our customer service for assistance.

4. Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, please note that
delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control,
such as weather, customs, or carrier delays.

5. Tracking: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will
include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking
information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customercare@murzban.in with
your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

6. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order are inclusive of the price of the product and
are non-refundable as we do not accept returns.

Cancellations
In case you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of placing your order via email at customercare@murzban.in

1. Exchange and Return Policy: Once an order is confirmed, no exchanges or returns are offered.
As all garments are made to order.

2. Alteration Requests: While exchanges and returns are not permitted, alteration requests are accepted. Customers must inform us via email within 5 days of delivery. Once confirmed, the product must be sent back within 7 days.

3. Conditions for Acceptance: Products sent beyond the specified timeframe or showing signs of damage/wear may not be accepted. Products returned without prior notice or confirmation may also be rejected. Customers bear the costs and risks of returning the product.

4. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product. However, the cost of sending the altered product back to the customer is covered by our business.

5. Exclusion of Sale/Discounted Merchandise: No exchanges, returns, refunds, or alterations are possible on sale/discounted merchandise, reinforcing a no-exceptions policy in this regard.
