Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Since our garments are made-to-order and tailored to your specifications, processing times may occasionally be longer during busy periods.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, email us at customercare@murzban.in with your name and order number, and we’ll assist you.

Order Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us via email at customercare@murzban.in within 24 hours of placing the order.

Conditions for Return and Exchange:

• If you wish to request an exchange, kindly notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Please share a photo or video proof of the issue to help us process your request swiftly.
• We don't accept Returns.
• The item must be unused, in perfect condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Exchanges are only applicable for products of equal or greater value.
• Customized pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Procedure for Returns and Exchanges:

1. Inform us via email within 48 hours of delivery with your request.
2. Once approved, the product must be shipped back within 7 days.
3. Items sent after this timeframe or showing signs of wear/damage will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs:

• If you need to send us the item back for an exchange, and if you encounter any issues or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at customercare@murzban.in. We're here to help you and make the process as smooth as possible for you!
• We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to the customer.

Quality Control and Defective Products:

• For items with manufacturing defects or damage upon delivery, customers must notify us within 48 hours.
• If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup and remake the item at no additional cost.
