No Exchanges or Returns:

All garments are made to order, so we do not offer exchanges or returns.
However, in the rare case of a manufacturing defect, customers must email us at customercare@murzban.in within 3 days of delivery with photo or video proof.
The item can be returned if approved, and a replacement will be sent.

Conditions for Acceptance:

Only products with a genuine manufacturing defect will be accepted.
Size-related issues are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

Shipping Costs:

If an item is returned due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement.
