1. Processing Time and Delivery: ​All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays. During busy periods, processing times may be longer.
2. Shipping Methods: We offer multiple shipping options to meet your needs. The available shipping methods and associated costs will be displayed during the checkout process.
3. Shipping Locations: We ship to all over India. If you are located in an area not covered by our shipping options, please contact our customer service for assistance.
4. Shipping Delays: While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, please note that delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs, or carrier delays.
5. Tracking: When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customercare@murzban.in with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
6. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order are inclusive of the price of the product and are non-refundable as we do not accept returns.

1. Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds due to the custom-made nature of your products and the time and labor involved in crafting each piece.
2. Exchange Policy: We offer exchanges only for different sizes within 3 days of delivery if the garment purchased is not the right size. Customers need to contact our customer care team to initiate the exchange process.
3. Procedure for Exchanges and Alterations: Customers must inform us via email within 3 days of delivery for exchange or alteration requests. Once confirmed, the product must be sent back within 7 days of the confirmation provided by your team.
4. Acceptance Conditions: Products sent beyond the specified 7-day timeframe or showing signs of damage/wear may not be accepted. Prior notice and confirmation are required for returns. Customers bear the costs and risks of returning the product.
5. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product. However, the cost of sending the altered/exchanged product back to the customer is covered by our business.
6. Quality Control and Defects: Customers have 7 days from delivery to report any damage or manufacturing defects. In such cases, a reverse pickup will be arranged, and upon approval of the defect by our team, the item will be remade.
