Order Cancellations:

No Exchanges or Returns:

• All garments are made to order, so we do not offer exchanges or returns. 
• However, in the rare case of a manufacturing defect, customers must email us at customercare@murzban.inwithin 3 days of delivery with photo or video proof.
• The item can be returned if approved, and a replacement will be sent.
  

Conditions for Acceptance:

• Only products with a genuine manufacturing defect will be accepted.
• Size-related issues are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  

Shipping Costs:

• If an item is returned due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement.
