• Since our garments are made-to-order and tailored to your specifications, processing times may occasionally be longer during busy periods.

Tracking Your Order:

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
• If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, email us at customercare@murzban.in with your name and order number, and we’ll assist you.

• Additional charges may apply for expedited services.

Order Cancellations:

• If you need to cancel your order, please contact us via email at customercare@murzban.in within 24 hours of placing the order.

No Exchanges or Returns:

• All garments are made to order, so we do not offer exchanges or returns. 
• However, in the rare case of a manufacturing defect, customers must email us at customercare@murzban.inwithin 3 days of delivery with photo or video proof.
• The item can be returned if approved, and a replacement will be sent.
  

Conditions for Acceptance:

• Only products with a genuine manufacturing defect will be accepted.
• Size-related issues are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  

Shipping Costs:

• If an item is returned due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement.
