Conditions for Return and Exchange:

• If you wish to request an exchange, kindly notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
• Please share a photo or video proof of the issue to help us process your request swiftly.
• We don't accept Returns.
• The item must be unused, in perfect condition, with original tags and packaging intact.
• Exchanges are only applicable for products of equal or greater value.
• Customized pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Procedure for Returns and Exchanges:

1. Inform us via email within 48 hours of delivery with your request.
2. Once approved, the product must be shipped back within 7 days.
3. Items sent after this timeframe or showing signs of wear/damage will not be accepted.

Shipping Costs:

• We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to the customer.

Quality Control and Defective Products:

• For items with manufacturing defects or damage upon delivery, customers must notify us within 48 hours.
• If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup and remake the item at no additional cost.
