Order Cancellations:

Returns:

• We accept returns within 3 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, please email us at customercare@murzban.in with photo or video proof within this 3-day window. Once approved, the item can be returned and a replacement or refund will be issued.
  
  Exchanges:
• We offer a one-time size exchange within 5 days of delivery, subject to availability of the requested size.
  
  Conditions for Acceptance:
• Returns are accepted within the eligible time frame, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
• For exchanges, the same condition applies.
• All items must be returned in their original packaging.
  
  Shipping Costs:
• For approved manufacturing defect returns, we will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement at no extra charge.
• For exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
